Encore Fulfillment is a rapidly growing company located in Oklahoma City with two locations near NW36th & Santa Fe and NW10th & Portland. 

We provide order fulfillment and world-class service to our customers. We need professional, responsible people who pay attention to detail and are committed to excellence.

Job Summary: Daily pick or pack of client orders in a fast and accurate manner.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible to make sure that all customer orders are packed every business day.


• Maintain a clean workspace every day: This includes keeping a clutter-free packing area, sweeping floors and aisles, breaking down boxes and removing excess trash from order filling area daily.


• Product restocking and product put away when needed.


• Learning and maintaining order requirements for each Encore client.


• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Expectations:

• 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


• Responsible to complete order fulfillment every day regardless of set hourly schedule


• Must be able to work extra hours to fulfill Encore commitments to customers as well as complete special projects - occasional weekend work hours could be required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word


• Previous warehouse experience preferred


• Must have reliable transportation

Qualifications:

• Able to be on your feet all day in a non-conditioned warehouse.


• Competent in Math and English. Basic addition/subtraction and reading skills required.


• Able to respond to different work tasks each day, with good teamwork and communication skills.


• Able to lift 50 lbs - Able to work quickly while maintaining excellent attention to detail


• Dependable worker
