Trainer

Looking to advance your career with Time Communications? We are seeking someone who knows and understands Time Communications inside and out, and has a true passion for coaching and teaching others! This personwill be responsible for the effective training of incoming and existing Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.



The ideal candidate will posses these skills:
  • A strong understanding of the Infinity system
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Abilityto train others on call handling standards, procedures, and policies
  • Abilityto work with a wide variety of personalities on a day to day basis
  • Demonstrated experienceteaching, leading, or coaching others is a plus



Hours will be flexible based on training needs.

Thisemployee will work out of the Roseville, MN office.
