Total Rewards Leader develops, implements, supports and monitors the sourcing, recruiting and selection of desired talent across the enterprise. This is a combination of hands-on benefits/compensation management and strategic direction leadership.


  1. Develop, communicate and administer total reward strategies including compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness and other work experience programs that are cost effective and market competitive for the industry and appropriate geography.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  3. Provide leadership, direction and development to members of the total reward team and other members of the HR as appropriate.
  4. Interfaces with employees, managers, leadership and business partners in a way that instills trust and confidence.
  5. Manages annual open enrollment, implementation of new benefits, compensation portion of Career Pathing, annual merit compensation review and incentive compensation program.
  6. Engage with Finance Department in the administration of 401k and ESOP programs.
  7. Oversee administration of various leave programs.

  1. A passion for total rewards as a component of ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained by Boldt.
  2. BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent required. MBA or Masters in related field preferred.
  3. SPHR or SHRM – SCP or CEBS designation preferred.
  4. 10-15 years’ experience in employee benefit and compensation management including health, retirement, wellness, salary planning and incentive compensation.
  5. Demonstrated successful communication, collaboration skills supporting long-term relationships across the enterprise, with HR Team members and third-party partners.
  6. Hands-on experience with HRIS and third-party benefit administration tools.
  7. Construction Industry experience preferred.
  8. Strong customer service and problem resolution orientation.
  9. Conscientious and meticulous approach to duties, sees tasks through to completion and completes tasks in a timely manner.
  10. Ability to work independently and influence.
  11. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook etc.
  12. Demonstrate understanding & respect for age group, cultural & religious beliefs of clients, community & staff.

* Position may require some travel, for training purposes, support of various offices, and other special events.
