Talent Acquisition Leader develops, implements, supports and monitors the sourcing, recruiting and selection of desired talent across the enterprise.


  1. Develop, design and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with the EVP Human Resources that support the desired employment brand and meets business needs.
  2. Collaborate with and support HR and operations team members in the sourcing, recruiting and selection of appropriate talent.
  3. Develop and oversee all stages of recruiting and onboarding process.
  4. Build talent pipelines for current and future position openings.
  5. Develop and lead sourcing strategies and resources including website, job boards, campus recruiting and third party recruiters.
  6. Develop and propose employer brand strategies and execution plans.
  7. Actively recruit for a various number of positions across the enterprise at any given time.
  8. Oversee and execute recruiting through offer and onboarding to ensure the best possible Boldt Experience.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  10. Interfaces with employees, managers, leadership and business partners in a way that instills trust and confidence.
  11. Develop, manage and report on appropriate KPIs.
  12. Manage appropriate budgets.

  1. Creative and passionate approach to sourcing and recruiting the best talent for Boldt.
  2. BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent required. MBA or Masters in related field preferred.
  3. SPHR or SHRM – SCP designation preferred.
  4. 7-10 years’ experience in recruiting and recruiting management.
  5. Demonstrated successful communication, collaboration skills supporting long-term relationships across the enterprise, with HR Team members and third party partners.
  6. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
  7. Construction Industry experience preferred.
  8. Strong customer service and problem resolution orientation.
  9. Conscientious and meticulous approach to duties, sees tasks through to completion and completes tasks in a timely manner.
  10. Ability to work independently and influence.
  11. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook etc.
  12. Demonstrate understanding & respect for age group, cultural & religious beliefs of clients, community & staff.

* Position may require some travel, for training purposes, support of various offices, and other special events.
