Who we want:

The Success By 6 Early Childhood (EC) Resource and Referral Manager is a creative and independent leader with an adaptive style who is passionate about supporting families and systems change work. As the SB6 EC Resource and Referral (R&R) Manager, you will design and launch a new enhanced referral service embedded in the 2-1-1 Navigation Center with strong ties with the Success By 6 program.  Along with internal and external teams, you will create a robust forum for communication, information sharing, networking and collaboration using one or more customized software systems. The goal of your work will be to help parents raise healthy children through empathetic and responsive communication during referral intake, closed-loop referrals systems and collaboration with community partners. Over time, you may provide supervision and support to one or more EC R&R team members and/or volunteers. As a member of the Mission Advancement team, you will work collaboratively with other program teams to identify opportunities for volunteer engagement and donor cultivation.

What youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

  • At least 3-4 years of leadership experience.

  • Considerable knowledge of United Way, community resources and early childhood programs preferred.

  • Previous experience in resource and referral systems preferred.

  • Experience with coordinating and facilitating meetings of non-profit partners and volunteers preferred.

  • An ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment.
