About You:
We are looking for a digital super star who is eager to work hard, collaborate, learn, and help drive continued growth for our business. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual to roll up their sleeves and learn all the inner workings of performance marketing.



Responsibilities

1. Work in collaboration with the marketing & media strategy team to assist in developing campaign strategies that drive new users and retain/upsell existing users while maintaining LTV.
2. Through collaboration with key team members manage the acquisition marketing campaign calendar & testing grid that supports performance marketing goals with specific concentration around testing. Help manage key deliverables and milestones.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of performance marketing campaigns including campaign set-up, tracking, asset management, manage QA process /touchpoints.
4. Work with internal and external creative resources to support campaign asset development.
5. Partner with team to ensure reports are developed and delivered in a timely manner to help drive business decisions.
6. Partake in meetings with key partners such as amazon, roku, facebook, google play etc., to help drive best practice sessions/learnings for key players in the organization.
7. Assist key stakeholders with presenting key findings to network partners.
8. Conduct competitive analysis on key marketing platforms and new placements.
9. Manage creative specs for all platforms and training for team members.
10. Work on special projects to help optimize the performance media world.



Qualifications

* 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing position.
* Understand fundamental direct response marketing concepts and experience working across multi-channel campaigns.
* Ability to multi-task while prioritizing workloads.
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
* Meticulous attention to detail & strong organization skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
