    Sodexo is seeking a Senior Technical Support Manager for P&G. This is a virtual role with up to 65% travel!

If you are a Strategic Facilities Manager with the ability to develop innovative technical solutions while successfully managing key performance indicators to drive strong business results, this may be the opportunity for you!

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Combine your proven leadership and Facilities Project -Management technical expertise to enhance existing (or new) client programs including short and long range planning, construction/renovation projects, preventative and corrective maintenance, security, command center roll outs, and Focus 500 initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • a proven track record of successful Facilities Project Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments;
    • strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural,  safety systems, architectural, landscape and energy management;
    • demonstrated business acumen;
    • corrective maintenance experience;
    • exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills;
    • strong Leadership skills with a focus on project development  and command center roll outs;
    • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM)  is a plus; and
    • a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields is preferred.

    Position Summary

    Supports product/products District Managers through the successful dissemination of technical systems, programs, and products.  

    Key Duties
    -Day to day leadership support of successful dissemination of technical systems, programs, and products of the brand

    - Provides innovative solutions to our clients that deliver cost and quality solutions. 

    - Interprets relevant Sodexo policy and procedures and makes frequent business decisions, often without the benefit of direct guidance.

    - Interfaces with all levels of staff, current and prospective clients, and vendors.
     

     

     

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
    Basic Management Experience - 5 years
    Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience in related field
