This position will be primarily responsible for organizational leadership, including strategic planning across a diverse number of activities and disciplines.The position will be the point of contact for the functional budget, resource forecasting, and capacity management, intra-and inter-departmental communication and alignment with the Development Supply Chain teams across the ATO site.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Management of the ATO Quality Leadership team schedule, meetings, strategy and goals.
  • Deep understanding of ATO Quality groups and responsibilities, as well as ensuring capacity optimization through resource forecasting and modeling.
  • Partner with counterparts in Development Supply Chain, Process Development, Finance and Quality to ensure accurate forecast escalation and productivity tracking.
  • Accountable for management of ATO Quality capital and expense budgets, capital procurement and end to end sustainment of capital equipment in QC.
  • Conduct project scoping and chartering, define execution strategy, and guide project completion
  • Organizational and business change management
  • Manage a high-volume of projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results
  • Establish, track progress, and communicate risks to delivering to departmental goals.
  • Project management of key select ATO Quality initiatives as assigned, e.g. capital projects specific to ATO Quality.
  • Develop solutions to complex business problems by leading in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers
  • Planning and facilitation of ATO Quality QLT, XQLT leadership meetings, off-sites, and strategy sessions, and joint meetings with other organizations, including meeting minutes and tracking of action items.
  • Advance organization's business and financial acumen
  • Instill and maintain a culture of performance and continuous improvement through establishing and measuring performance and productivity
  • Leverage network to identify business requirements and potential opportunities
  • Generation of key ATO Quality communications and executive level presentations.


Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Quality experience

OR

Master's degree and 6 years of Quality experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Quality experience

OR

Associated degree and 10 years of Quality experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Quality experience AND 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills including financial analysis, cost accounting, and product life-cycle management
  • Good business acumen, high-level strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing, supply chain fundamentals, and risk management
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, pragmatically scope, and solve abstract and complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to drive decisions
  • Proven experience as a member and leader of a high performing team
  • Proven leadership skills, organizational, and project management experience
  • Experience developing and mentoring staff
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
