The Inflammation Nephrology Business Unit is looking for a Senior Project Management Coordinator to support the project management of Tier 1 and 2 congresses. The successful applicant will provide a high degree of organization to ensure successful execution of all congress related activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supports development of congress strategy and plans
  • Coordinates collation of congress activities
  • Manages cross functional congress planning meetings
  • Works with compliance and legal to provide guidance on team questions
  • Supports management of vendor relationships


Basic Qualifications

Associate degree and 4 years of project coordination experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 6 years of project coordination experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft office and data management systems
  • Knowledge of SOPs, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with large meeting logistics and management
  • Understanding of customer service principles as it applies to internal customers and external partners
  • Experience managing external vendors
