Senior HR Technology Analyst

Job Summary:

Intapp is looking for an experienced HR Technology analyst who will partner with the Director to provide system implementation, configuration, maintenance, training, and technical user support to HR Technology solutions. This key role will work on projects that support data integrity, testing system changes, report writing and recommending process improvement. The Senior Analyst will also provide consultative guidance, support new releases, integrations and other technical projects as assigned.

What You'll Do:

  • Configure system changes in Workday for HCM/Core Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Business Processes, Integrations and Security.
  • Recommend process improvement and apply change management to facilitate new levels of quality.
  • Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of Workday releases. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of releases. Document process and results.
  • Provide production support, including researching and resolving HR technology problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Responsible for writing reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running reports and analyzing data.
  • Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 4 years of experience working in a business/technology environment
  • Minimum 7 years HR experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience using Workday
  • Advanced Excel experience (should be able to explain executive level reports created)
  • Experience with process design
  • Experience acting as a liaison between HR Technology and all users of Workday
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organization skills and attention to detail
