The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day HR function for much the United States population of Trustwave. The successful candidate will work with our greater HR team in the Americas region while also serving as a strategic business partner and an internal consultant for senior business leaders

Responsibilities will include providing advice, guidance, assistance, and support on company programs, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives while at the same time executing the resolution of specific program, policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Role objective:To support and partner the Americas business on all aspects of the employee life cycle providing guidance and support on all generalist HR functions including employee relations, resourcing, people policy and procedure, development, reward and employee engagement.

The role is tasked with providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards through the recruitment and ongoing development of the Americas workforce.



Relationships:
  • Work with SVP HR and US HR team to develop and roll out all global HR strategy and priorities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other geographies when necessary.
  • Partner with senior business leaders across the US to understand, coach and advise on all their HR and people requirements including identifying top talent and creating effective development and succession plans.


Key Skills Required:
The successful candidate will have a real passion for HR and partnering with the business. As well as this, we are looking for the following:
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist capacity supporting multiple senior managers and various business functions, usually attained in 5+ years of experience.
  • Employee relations experience
  • Passion for process improvement - for both local and global HR related projects
  • Experience working as a true HR Generalist.
  • Proven ability to coach, guide and influence senior leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a high performing team.
  • Able to work with employees at all level and an attitude of 'no job is too small'.
  • Confidential and discreet style
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Thoroughness, 'eye for detail'
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to deal with all levels of employees within the office as well as working across borders and geographies globally.


Education:
We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
