Description **Job Description:**



+ Management of daily cash position at Bank of America, NA (BANA) and Bank of America California, NA (BACANA) primary accounts at the Federal Reserve. Ensure Fed mandated reserve requirements and internal minimum cash balances metrics are maintained at all times

+ Produce the Banks short-term liquidity forecast, in close coordination and partnership with Global Liquidity Management (GLM) and Balance Sheet Management (BSM). Follow up on forecast variances, understand reasons, and adjust short term forecast if/as needed

+ Contribute to the development of bank wholesale funding strategies that will cost effectively meet liquidity needs within defined enterprise limits and guidelines

+ Actively participate in the execution of bank wholesale funding. Balance various factors when sourcing funding including stability, price and accessibility

+ Monitor daily liquidity risk metrics and conditions affecting the funding environment. React appropriately, elevate key risks

+ Maintain access to UST and agency repo markets through key tri-party repo customer relationships and brokered markets

+ Ensure sufficient collateral availability to support FHLB advance borrowings for normal operating needs and stressed market conditions

+ Provide USD funding to non-US BANA branches and subsidiaries to support enterprise strategy and client needs globally. Work closely with international peers to coordinate flows and promote efficiency.

+ Ensure that a robust control environment is maintained through compliance with all policies, procedures and directives

+ Perform extensive ad-hoc financial analysis related to funding risks and opportunities

+ Work closely with FTP team on matters related to bank funding costs, pricing and overall valuation of bank assets and liabilities from a practical and methodical perspective

+ Participate in technology enhancement projects

_Accountable for a specific trading activity. Has In-depth understanding of liquidity management, bank funding strategy and the money markets. Ensures optimal funding for the Bank/ ABCP programs. Understands Bank funding strategy and can translate into a tactical issuance plan. Able to lead a project or key initiative. Strong partnering/communication skills with senior management and key business partners within and outside of CT._



**Required Skills and Experience:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ 7-10 years’ experience in financial services industry, with expertise in Treasury - funding and liquidity management. Deep understanding of relevant regulatory metrics.

+ In-depth knowledge of the money markets, relevant financial instruments, and Federal Reserve monetary policy operations

+ Works well broadly across disciplines, competencies, and teams

+ Distill complex topics for executive consumption

+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise
