Our mission in US Value & Access is to secure coverage for our brands and to support patient access. In a dynamic healthcare environment, the organization recognizes the increasing importance of Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) and Employers within the U.S. Healthcare system. As a result, a newly-formed team is focused on developing and executing strategies for the IDN and employer customer segments. This new position is a unique and highly visible opportunity to help create a path forward for our organization in terms of tapping into the rapidly evolving IDN segment.

The Senior Associate Marketing position will support the IDN and Employer team reporting to the IDN/Employer Marketing Director. This role is responsible for ensuring budget and project management, field resources tracking, and execution activities are effectively, efficiently and collaboratively executed to meet team objectives.

Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Skillful project management to increase the team's effectiveness
  • Effective resources tracking to ensure field materials across the teams and with cross-functional partners are managed
  • Accurate budget management allowing the team to meet OSE goals
  • Coordinate across the teams and cross-functional partners the Population Health resources and new field requests
  • Development of Amgen Corporate resources aligning with Oncology and Corporate Affairs to ensure consistent messaging
  • Track metrics & dashboards across team while collaborating with Ecosystem & Insights Analytics and field teams
  • Liaison with Program Office to ensure alignment of field activities and events, as well as training
  • MAC submission of materials
  • Coordinate functional plan and calendar management (i.e. semester meetings, brand planning, congress meetings, key events)


Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree

OR

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of marketing, sales, project management and/or commercial operations experience

OR

Associate's degree and 6 years of marketing, sales, project management and/or commercial operations experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of marketing, sales, project management and/or commercial operations experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to navigate through the cross-functional matrix
  • Tracking, follow-up and proven skills at completing complex projects on time and with no errors is critical
  • Excellent oral and written communication is key for maintaining good relations with our internal and external partners
  • Ability to work with compliance and MAC and understand how to submit materials for MAC review
  • Ability to work with budget coordinator to understand how to track team's budget
  • Ability to work with MyBuy
  • Ability to use Excel to track budget
  • Ability to create clear and concise power point slides
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work with the third-party entities in a complex collaboration
  • Ability to prepare essential materials and templates
