Senior Associate Clinical Supply Chain - ATO Clinical Customer Service

What you will do

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will be part of a team that coordinates distribution and logistics for clinical goods shipments and performs reconciliation of these shipments in an SAP based system. They will become a subject matter expert (SME) in various aspects of clinical study supply coordination that may include temperature excursions, returns of clinical product, shipments of clinical product, and transfers of product between Amgen sites, or complaints registered against clinical product.
  • Develops metrics for area management
  • Develop and maintain Amgen training materials
  • Develop and maintain applicable Standard Operating Procedures, Forms, and/or Business Practices
  • Manage training materials for the team
  • Providing training to new staff
  • Represent the team on cross functional projects
  • Manage change control records and project teams
  • Perform intake on clinical complaints and aid in investigations
  • Own nonconformances, perform root cause assessments, and determine appropriate corrective actions

Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree

OR

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of supply chain experience

OR

Associate's degree and 6 years of supply chain experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and8 years of supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPIM and/or PMP certification
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated skill to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously in a fluid environment with time pressures
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding of clinical study conduct
  • Ability to operate in a team or matrixed environment
  • Sophisticated skills using Amgen systems and tools such as NC/CAPA, CCMS, and CMIS PMP certification and/or CPIM certification
