OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
A Senior Account Director at DH is the beating heart of our firm. This person will plan and manage integrated communication strategies along with client relationships for some of our biggest clients. You'll bring big ideas, keep projects on time and on budget and helping develop new business along the way. This person will also be a leader within the firm, building internal initiatives, growing junior account staff having fun every step of the way.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management:
Independently develop, manage and oversee appropriate account budgets and timelines
Delivers strategic counsel to clients
Responsible for client interface and know what is happening on the account at all times, manage client relationship
Accountable for high-quality account deliverable and services across all aspects of the account
Analyzes research data to identify trends and key findings
Demonstrates good writing skills and overseeing good writing skills across the account team
Develops expertise and trains other staff in key areas of communications
Identifies opportunities to enhance agency skills and develops and conducts agency-wide trainings
Demonstrates and models leadership within DH
Leads aspects of firm business development efforts, proposal writing and new business meetings
Seeks out high leverage public speaking opportunities and presentations
EXPERIENCE
7-10 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or a related field
