We are looking for an associate with three to five years' experience to join our highly-ranked Securities Litigation practice in the Los Angeles office.

You will work with a broad-spectrum of U.S. and international clients in their most relevant securities matters and disputes, in a supportive environment. You will be involved in the representation of clients and cases around the country and internationally.


Job Requirements:

You should have knowledge of and interest in:

  • The federal and state securities laws
  • Corporate securities procedures and processes
  • Corporate governance issues
  • SEC enforcement 
  • Accounting issues
You should also have significant experience with litigating securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions and/or SEC, DOJ or other governmental enforcement actions or corporate internal investigations. Candidates without this type of experience will not be considered for the position. Federal court litigation experience is helpful and Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Fluency in a foreign language is desired but not required.

You should be licensed to practice law in California, possess excellent writing and communication skills, and have strong academic credentials, visionary drive, initiative and a dedication to excellent client service.
