Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsible for coordinating all phases of Custom Modification and Prototype projects from initial order to shipment of final product. Facilitates daily operations and maintains records of Custom Products.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Coordinate and schedule Prototype and Custom Modification projects.
- Prepare and document quotations.
- Generate and close orders upon project completion utilizing Job Boss shop management software.
- Monitor project progress and report status to Manager on a routine basis.
- Assist as needed with information performance tracking and cost tracking.
- Create Device History Records and maintain files in accordance with FDA regulations.
- Generate Purchase Orders for parts and services; correspond with vendors.
- Control inventory of Production/Modification warehouses.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, manuals, reports, and graphs as needed.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and documents in Word.
- Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual
- Must embody the Company's Vision, Mission and Values
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications
Expertise: Qualifications-Experience/Training/Education/Etc
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS Degree preferred.
- Requires 2-4 years experience in administrative support.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Two to four years experience in medical or manufacturing environment preferred.
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations concerning Device Master records preferred.
- Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient Knowledge of Business Math
- Proficient Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and planning skills.
- Language and mathematical skills; reasoning ability:
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
