This position is responsible for developing new distribution relationships and servicing existing customers to maximize profits while growing volume, distribution and market share with consistent quality service.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow daily account sequences and properly support accounts.

  • Meet or exceed all sales goals.

  • Execute planned account visits to consist of:  product sell-in, brand and package placement/presentation, monitor stock rotation, ensure valid license is in each account on each delivery, sell-in product price reductions on with accounts that  stimulate brand awareness and increase sales, participate in product promotions within accounts. 

  • Responsible for downloading new information and uploading orders in the appropriate time frame, updating inventory levels and data collection.

  • Maintain and update customer records including pricing, and process all orders, reports, and forms.

  • Update PFP goals daily in computer.

  • Make Night Calls to accounts, support promotions, specials events etc. as necessary

  • Work with Territory Manager to ensure accounts are properly rotated adhering to all KEI stock rotation and freshness policies and report all competitive activities in the market.

  • Utilize P.O.S. in all assigned accounts while ensuring compliance of all alcoholic beverage regulations regarding signage.

  • Execute marketing programs from suppliers and /or KEI.


Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Must have a valid Drivers License with a driving record acceptable to KEIs insurance carrier.

  • 1 year of experience in the beverage or wholesaler industry or two years B2B sales experience.

  • Industry experience preferred.

  • Ability to demonstrate effective computer skills.

  • Ability to communicate, both oral and written, to a diverse group of external and internal customers.

  • Ability to organize and work independently, efficiently and to set priorities

  • Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including repetitive lifting of products, stooping, bending, walking and standing.

  • College degree preferred.

  • Willingness to work evenings as needed.
