About the Role

With a great understanding of Brivo's product offerings and solutions, the Sales Development Representative will be expected to thoroughly research prospect opportunities, conduct outbound calls to prospects, and secure appointments for the Enterprise Sales team.

To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable cold calling potential customers and managing objections.

In this results-driven role, you can also expect to:

  • Develop targeted account lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive appointment setting for new enterprise business
  • Use a variety of prospecting tools to secure viable leads
  • Track leads in Salesforce.com
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales appointment targets and converts

About You

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proven track record with outbound cold-calling and prospecting
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful and credible Enterprise lead prospecting
  • Hunter mentality that is willing to go the extra mile
  • Pre-call planning, lead qualification and objection handling experience
  • Ability to communicate Brivo's value proposition to prospects
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven track record achieving measurable goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
  • Driven, energetic with excellent phone skills, listening and writing skills
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.com
  • Have a deep understanding of how social media plays in business and the ability to use those tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
