Work as part of the Administrative Team with responsibilities in Project Management, and Financial Reporting, including overall PM plan from initiation to shipment, as well as accounting projects, entries, and procedures. Work with Audit, Risk & Controls (ARC) to expose risk and establish plans to mitigate.


Ability to identify risks, issues & problems and be able to respond accordingly.  Make timely decisions and act reflective of business & project objectives.

Knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to the organization.

Understands the accounting cycle, business processes, ERP, CRM, and other software applications.

Adapt and deal with situations and manage expectations through ongoing change.

Self-Motivated; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals.

Maintain a successful project environment by investing time to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals.  Identify and allocate resources and understand specific stakeholder characteristics and skills.

Communicate progress, documenting expectations through an interactive process.  Audit and provide ongoing evaluation making recommendations for process improvement.

Conduct risk assessment throughout project to identify strengths and leverage opportunities. Understand stakeholder influence and impact on project success and set expectations.  Maintain boundaries to strategically align with specification of project removing constraints and reducing conflict.

Work with ARC to expose potential areas for company risk, coordinate with internal and external partners to develop plans to mitigate risk, and review progress on Risk Management with company leadership.

Establish and maintain project plan with required resources that identify deliverables needed to successfully complete project.  Communicate and collaborate to seek and obtain buy-in/approval from key support departments to ensure effectiveness of plan.

Performs accounting duties requiring systems knowledge, independent judgment, and ability to analyze data.

Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Summarizes financial status by collecting data and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and others.

Measure in-process performance of the project against the project plan.  Evaluate risks, opportunities, and provide solution-oriented change leveraging growth opportunities. 

Travel may be required to customer sites.

The following personal protection equipment is required and must be worn while working in the manufacturing facility, vendors, or customers facilities:

Company approved safety glasses or goggles.

Company approved steel or ESD toe shoes when working outside the safety aisles.

Appropriate hand protection, clothing, and ear protection in designated areas.

Other safety equipment as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Organization, thoroughness, and accuracy are essential characteristics.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial statements, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY:  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE SKILLS:  Computer literacy with good skills in Microsoft Office and Visual Manufacturing Software, and ERP applications.

EQUIPMENT:  Computer and other general office equipment.
