Internship Recruitment for Production Engineering Team


Project Title: Ramping and streamline manufacturing of Production test flow


Objective of project:

1.     To support engineering team to achieve fast yield ramp of UltraScale into Productio

2.     Improving Cost and efficiency of manufacturing flow

Duration required  

1.     6 months 

Description of project deliverables

1.     Test quality and test optimization activities through data collect, testing validation and statistic analysis to achieve fast yield ramp

2.     Simplification of manufacturing flow through the implementation of SMART manufacturing

3.     Test specification documentation updates

What you project they will learn from this project

1.     Influence of Xilinx device quality on product development.

2.     Certification of test program for release

3.     Statistic analysis skills

4.     Streamline of manufacturing flow (SMART manufacturing flow)

Eqmt/Tools/Software students will use during this project

1.     Excel, Word and Unix(as an advantage)

2.     Advance ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)


Education Requirements: 

Computer/ Electronic/ Electronics Engineering related student may apply for this internship

Subjects / Courses the student should have taken prior to this assignment
