Role Summary

As a Premier Client Solutions Specialist, you play an essential, mission-critical role in processing alarms and alarm-related activity, as well as resolving customer requests.

Responsibilities

  • Handle security alarm emergencies and non-emergencies for residences and commercial businesses
  • Process inbound/outbound calls from customers and authority agencies
  • Process Sonitrol integrated video and audio-based alarms
  • Provide detail-oriented customer service and support to our customers
  • Escalate system issues to Supervisors/Leads whether customer or workspace related
  • Maintain operational call flow while in the central station

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates degree (A.A.) equivalent from two-year College, technical school, equivalent military experience, or 2+ years of prior customer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role
  • Ability to obtain security licenses in all required states with a clear background history (we apply for these for you)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) of software
  • Basic business writing and etiquette and knowledge of company email software
