The Cyber Security Technology (CST) function within Global Information Security is responsible for innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, deployment maintenance and support of information technology security controls. The CST team is also responsible for the management of the program/project management teams and the GIS master plan.



The PMO Finance Consultant focuses on the overall financial management within the Program Management Office. In this role, you will be contributing to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. You are responsible for pulling financial reports, as well as gathering data, commentary, and other trending and relevant information for analysis. You should use your attention to detail and thoroughness to lead project teams to complete financial processes in the face of competing priorities. You must also have the confidence to report your findings/concerns to senior leaders. While it is not required for this position, previous experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes would be very beneficial to you (i.e. Fieldglass, PCM, CA-PPM and Ariba, to name a few). Required Skills: • Strong MS Office skills, including master Excel skills • Strong leadership in a matrixed environment • Experience with multiple project management methodologies • Experience tracking and reporting on health of multiple on-going projects • Strong communication skills • Proven ability to prioritize work and set/meet deadlines • Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem identification and solving • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes is desired, but not required
