The Job:

As HR Operations Specialist for the Americas, your primary role will be to provide operational support to the Americas HR team. The HR Operations Partner will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of HR operational work and data quality. The HR Operations Partner will manage key HR processes and develop operational efficiencies for the region.


Who You Will Work With:

You will work together with the HR Americas team to streamline operational functions. This will require exceptional communication and follow through skills as you collaboratively build processes that work for the entire team.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operational process for the Americas and implement efficiencies where needed
  • Roll out data entry best practices to ensure data integrity of the HRIS system
  • Enter and maintain employee business processes (i.e., new hires, terminations, status changes, salary adjustments) in HRIS while ensuring proper approvals are collected and employee letters are generated, as necessary
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of sensitive company and employee data in HRIS
  • Manage contingent employee tracking system and reporting data (hires, terminations, enrollments, etc.) for Americas region
  • Coordinate any HR related events such as training, workshops etc
  • Responsible for employment verification, unemployment, and other governmental agency requests
  • Support Benefits administration for the Americas region and coordinate with payroll to ensure seamless data flow
  • Provide support on global projects which includes data gathering, data audit/scrubbing, reporting
  • Organize and maintain HR employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Streamline and increase consistency in existing processes and procedures


Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in human resources related field preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 4-5 years of HR Operations and/or HRIS experience
  • Knowledge or experience with the principles and practices of human resources is preferred
  • Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions in alignment with business processes
  • Intermediate Excel and other MS Office Suite tools
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop alternative solutions
  • Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • High attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills with ability to manage confidential data and materials
  • “Can do” positive attitude a must
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate technical projects while working with all levels of management
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to prioritize, collaborate and support large projects
  • Strong customer service orientation, a team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships
