The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Philadelphia is seeking an Onboarding Lead. Reporting to the Director, Implementation & Continuous Improvement the successful candidate will ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new employer clients into the Board's Service Delivery Model. You will execute the business strategy by working closely with new employers and internal partners to develop and implement customized processes and procedures, while identifying related training and education needs to ensure a seamless transition through implementation. The Onboarding Lead establishes a deep familiarity with the Benefits Plan and an understanding of client needs to carefully align and deliver existing communication content for a tailored onboarding experience. You will also collaborate with the Continuous Improvement and Customer Engagement teams and applicable internal/external stakeholders to execute implementations and serve as a business consultant, providing innovative, continuous improvement solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

The Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of proven, progressively responsible management experience in a PeopleSoft benefits administration and/or human resources operations capacity
  • Demonstrated success managing implementation of new business initiatives
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop strategies to solve complex problems
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with excellent time management skills and a sense of urgency
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skill
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint

The Ideal Candidate Strongly Desires To Serve the PC(USA) with:

  • Excellent analytic and system literacy skills and a strong ability to review, analyze, and make necessary recommendations
  • An ability to identify and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and improve the implementation process
  • Demonstrated skill running effective meetings and getting buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, conflict management, organization, and critical thinking
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • An ability to self-manage to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring quick turnaround and quality output
  • Ability to work well with diverse groups and all levels of management
  • Ability to thoroughly understand the Benefits Plan of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), the church polity, and nature and expectations of our membership; and an interest and desire to serve the members of the Benefits Plan of the PC(USA).
