Description **Job Description:**



The selected candidate will be responsible for business data analysis, execution and troubleshooting of production processes supporting Consumer Risk Analytics. While this position has no direct people management responsibilities, it does require the ability to interact with business partners both within and external to the department. This position requires being the subject matter expert on multiple business-related and technical-related topics. Detailed knowledge of MS SQL development suite (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS) is a must. + Provide support for existing production solutions, including analysis, issue tracking and resolution. Take proactive ownership of support tasks and see them through to completionResponsible for complex business data analysis across consumer products. Able to develop reports to communicate key findings.

+ Strong background in data management and data manipulation, code management, version control and release management.

+ Deliver a robust, testable, repeatable framework of jobs and scripts for managing data and producing reconciliation reports to confirm success or failure .

+ Manage MS SQL Server database environments.

+ Provide database performance-tuning and bottleneck troubleshooting expertise for internal systems in SQL Server.

+ Excellent attention to detail.



Required skills & Experience:



+ Advanced working knowledge of the functionality and capabilities of MS SQL Server 2012 .

+ 5-7 years of experience in SQL programming (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS).

+ MS SQL/T-SQL 2012 and up, Business Analytics in Excel, Process automation, Process Improvement, Database Management, SSIS, SSRS

+ Mortgage/Banking experience is preferred.

+ Candidate should be familiar with multi-dimensional database design, and working with large data sets.

+ Strong communication skills, self-driven and able to take initiative.



Enterprise Role Overview:



Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Develops complex program models to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial data. Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with external agencies. Participates in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 2-5 years experience preferred.
