The Manager will be a key member of the Otezla Marketing Team with primary responsibility to guide and assist with the development, implementation and follow-through of the Rheumatology strategies and tactical plans/programs to support and ensure the continued growth of Otezla. Reports to the Director Marketing, Rheumatology.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manages the strategy and tactical development of the non-personal promotion digital campaign for PsA and Behet's Disease
  • Leads media planning efforts for HCP digital, search and print advertising
  • Leads key Rheumatology scientific congresses and convention initiatives
  • Supports creation and development of promotional materials to support sales force and Field Reimbursement Specialists for PsA and Bechet's Disease
  • Effectively interacts with sales team and handle sales requests
  • Develops strong relationships with key US opinion leaders and physician experts
  • Works cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, analytics, access, medical affairs, etc.) to develop and execute programs / materials to support Otezla in the Rheumatology market
  • Manages internal review / approval process for promotional materials
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of annual brand plan
  • Monitors and evaluates competitive products and marketplace dynamics
  • Effectively managing key agency partners
  • Serves as a champion for the brand and for product-specific challenges and opportunities


Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

Associate's Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Advanced degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related function
  • Immunology market experience
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
