Amgen is a values-based organization with a powerful sense of shared purpose toward our mission: to serve patients. Within Global Commercial Operations, we provide the capabilities, resources, and rewards of a global enterprise, while maintaining the entrepreneurialism and verve that marked our early days as a biotechnology pioneer. We encourage our team members to have fulfilling and meaningful careers through challenging assignments, career development, and valuable opportunities.

BLINCYTO is the first and only BiTE immunotherapy indicated for the treatment of B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-cell ALL), the most common childhood cancer. BLINCYTO launched in 2014 and has served over 10,000 patients worldwide. Traditionally, the mainstay of ALL therapy has been chemotherapy and/or transplant. However, many patients are refractory to or relapse following chemotherapy. BLINCYTO has demonstrated superior efficacy and tolerability in both MRD+ and relapsed/refractory patients. At the same time, BLINCYTO faces an increasingly competitive market, with new and innovative therapeutics, including near-term launches of CAR-T cell therapies.

Recently, two new studies for the treatment of Pediatric and AYA (adult and young adolescent) B-cell ALL demonstrated BLINCYTO's superiority in both safety and efficacy over chemotherapy. This new data, coupled with the strength of data in the adult population, positions BLINCYTO for future growth, shifting the paradigm in treating this rare, acute disease.

As an integral member of the BLINCYTO Brand team, the Marketing Manager will be report into the Director and be responsible for supporting the promotions team in driving key branded and unbranded initiatives to further growth in the adult setting and expand our position in the pediatric setting as we aim to change the future of B-cell ALL treatment.

Supporting the development and deployment of promotional sales tools

Coordinating the work of agency of record, multiple external vendors, and internal departments including marketing, market research, legal, regulatory, and medical affairs for tactics under their responsibility

Working with internal partners to ensure all such programs meet Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards; leading all tactics through the MAC process

Supporting semester sales meeting planning and execution across multiple sales teams.

Managing a field engagement plan across the Leukemia team and directly engaging with the field to ensure creation and flawless roll out of high impact, high value marketing tools that drive appropriate use of the brand

Collaborating with sales training to ensure effective, impactful, world-class training on promotional tools and programs under their responsibility

Leading project management for label changes for healthcare professional materials
