**This is a 6-month contract assignment**

As a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you are responsible for the execution of the ABM marketing strategy and plans to target B2B enterprise and commercial accounts in the U.S. In this role, you will lead the creative and content development of Lytx's ABM programs to increase awareness, demand generation, and pipeline.

Based on market knowledge and insight, you'll work closely with others across the sales and marketing organizations to drive content creation, develop compelling messaging, and design and execute programs. You'll also engage the Enterprise and Government sales teams with resources to help them close new business.

You Get To:
  • Lead the ABM program strategy to support revenue goals across all identified verticals
  • Own the development, management, analysis, and optimization of marketing plans, including digital media, content marketing, multi-channel nurturing, direct mail, and social media marketing to build brand awareness and generate demand
  • Develop and implement reputation, demand creation, and sales enablement programs, that support each stage of the buyer's journey
  • Partner and align with the sales team on joint initiatives in order to increase sales pipeline and accelerate deals to close
  • Track KPIs required to achieve objectives and performance targets, and leverage data to inform program engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:
  • 5-7 years of experience within business-to-business marketing, preferably marketing SaaS products
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience defining, developing, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and programs, especially for Enterprise ABM programs
  • Experience in digital marketing a plus
  • Data-driven marketer with demonstrated results with campaign performance optimization
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other marketing technologies, Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana preferred
  • Solid understanding of the different functions of marketing, and the ability to forge strong relationships with other functions
  • Ability to develop short and long-term marketing plans
  • Excellent written communication skills
