LPA is seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. As a participant in our uniquely collaborative design process, you will work hand in hand with colleagues across disciplines on a wide variety of innovative, sustainable projects. Our award-winning projects aim to have a positive and enduring environmental, economic and social impact.

Marketing Specialist Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, or Marketing preferred
• 3-10 years of experience required
• A/E/C industry experience preferred

Marketing Specialist Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, PowerPoint, Illustrator and InDesign
• Broad knowledge and experience in technical writing, social media management, public relations

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Write and create social media posts
• Maintain a social media posting schedule by utilizing an editorial calendar to build recognition among peers and clients in the digital space
• Knowledge of social media post layout and design and digital email graphics
• Special events coordination and management
• Public relations
• Technical writing for website posts including team biographies and project descriptions
• Website management
• Evaluate social media posts for effectiveness
