About the Position: 


The Marketing Analyst (MA) will play an essential role in customer and prospect data management (Salesforce), as well as building a data-driven understanding of the ROI of our marketing initiatives. Serving as the lead CRM administrator, the MA will be responsible for data organization to ensure the maximum effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. The MA will aid in developing key insights across campaign results, while also tracking metrics to optimize and make improvements. Finally, the MA will play a key role in identifying meaningful trends and patterns that positively impact strategic sales and marketing decisions, as well as future marketing investments. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.




CRM Management:


Be the key administrator of the CRM system (Salesforce)

Continuously monitor and ensure the overall accuracy of the CRM database

Maintain data health through validation, testing, and routine audits

Implement methods to clean-up data, eliminate duplicate records and maintain data integrity

Work with technical team to resolve data issues that impact data accuracy

Customize dashboards, fields and layouts

Train new team members in Salesforce and enforce best practices

Create strong analytics (reports and dashboards)


Lead Generation and Nurturing:


Work with Marketing Coordinator to develop, launch and monitor email campaigns in Pardot

Track conversion rates and recommend improvements in order to increase leads

Analyze sales funnel and customer intent

Responsible for marketing data integrity and identifying gaps

Assist in managing corporate sales teams data and suggest improvements as necessary

Work with Sales & Marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition

Drive adoption and usage of reporting metrics across the Marketing department

Establish KPIs and prepare monthly reports

Develop SOPs as needed


Website Analytics:


Regularly analyze and report on competitor websites and marketing initiatives

Perform industry analysis and forecasting trends

Assist in managing SEO and PPC ad campaigns

Help establish and continuously refine keyword lists for digital ad campaigns

Track and evaluate website visitor behavior and conversions

Identify customer acquisition and retention by analyzing web traffic and sales data




BA in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education

Minimum of 3 years of business/marketing analyst experience

Strong knowledge of Salesforce, reporting and analysis

Familiarity with Pardot or other comparable email automation platform

Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret the significance of data

Understanding of digital marketing tactics, trends and best practices

Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative and evolving Marketing department

Ability to work directly with Sales team and hold them accountable for their Salesforce data
