Health Care Logistics is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Manufacturing Coordinator to join our Team.

Some of the things you will do as an Manufacturing Coordinator
Fulfillment duties, including but not limited to order entry; receiving, processing, restocking, shipping, buying, inventory control and various reporting.
- Verifies and accurately receives incoming shipments.
- Uses systems to input Packing List Details and Receive Product.
- Ensures all inventory items are properly identified and prepares items for distribution.
- Accurately handle inventory item/supply transfer to ensure the product is readily accessible for department.
- Repackaging or labeling products into selling units
- Inspect product and verify consistency or changes in appearance, size, color, etc.
- Create Spec. Sheets for Stock & Custom Items.
- Restocks the Raw Items to ensure production has items readily available.
- Move product to correct locations.
- Review Orders for Accuracy (Size, Color, Qty)
- Shipping Check List
- QC Items
- Adjust inventory per operator/fabricator notes on Job Travelers.
- Process purchase orders place orders, enter PO in system
- Follow-up with Suppliers on Cost and ETA and update system
- Run proper reports and Process Random Cycle Counts throughout the month.
- Assist in Monthly Inventory Counts of Raw Items and adjust in system.
- Joint effort creating and maintaining Spec Sheet/Part Notes on all items (processing details).
- Joint effort for monthly Inventory
- All other duties as assigned
