We create content, grow audience, and expand the reach of the brand with our sites and social experiences. Our team specializes in driving new and innovative advertising solutions leveraging Discovery Digital Studios innovations and insights. From launching products that accelerate growth to providing campaign scale/optimization along with business and consumer insights, our team is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes. The Role
We are seeking a Branded Content Marketing Manager to help continue Discovery Digital Studio’s growth by providing leadership, insights, and campaign optimization for sponsored content on our site and social platforms. This position will support and partner with ad sales, marketing, commerce, and editorial teams to help ensure the ongoing success of this constantly evolving business.



Responsibilities

1. Execute and manage paid social campaigns for all advertiser-sponsored content, ensuring optimal content engagement and cost performance
2. Track key performance metrics across platforms to measure success and maintain benchmarking
3. Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to the digital content and ad sales marketing teams
4. Lead education and training across departments for our site and social content ad products
5. Represent Discovery Digital Studios on client calls, as needed, to discuss our approach to and success executing sponsored content campaigns on site and social
6. Assist with the development of digital-only content marketing proposals, when needed
7. Compile campaign reporting highlighting performance versus benchmarks and takeaways
8. Develop effective cross-divisional relationships to act as a trusted advisor within the organization
9. Utilize social analytics software to monitor the competitive landscape for branded content across social platforms
10. Remain informed of industry trends, platform updates and releases, and best practices to be communicated across teams



Qualifications

* Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital media
* Experience running Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest ads
* Experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions and clearly communicating the results of analyses to teams with varying digital knowledge
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint
* Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment and can manage time effectively to consistently meet deadlines
* A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented

* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
