We are looking for a Machine Assembler Builder  who is responsible for precision assembly of standard and manufactured parts into unique sub-assemblies for erection of a complete unit including wiring to an electrical sand hydraulic schematic.


 


Main Responsibilities Include:




  • Works/builds unique custom designed machine details to blueprint specifications

  • Apply knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and machine tool operations

  • Ability to wire induvial components as well as panel wiring

  • Fit and adjust to close tolerance

  • Maintain cleanliness of assemblies

  • Utilize Dial Indicators and Micrometers for final fit and alignment of assemblies

  • Report any non-conformance or process change to their supervisor

  • Interface with the Engineering Department as part of the design process




Qualifications:



  • Five (5) years in related experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, manufacture, or repair

  • Able to read and follow blueprints and electrical diagrams

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical devices

  • Knowledge of shop mathematics

  • High school diploma or equivalent



Other:



  • This position is in a manufacturing environment and will involve hands-on work with tools and testing equipment. Physical activity will include lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
