IT Service Desk - TEMPORARY

This is a temporary opportunity within the IT Service Desk department. This is a great opportunity for a new grad or a current senior student enrolled in Computer Science or similar. This opportunity supports night, overnight and weekend shifts for the Service Desk.


  • Assist with answering help desk hotline.
  • Enter tickets into our ticketing system.
  • Resolve support issues with documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Hours are 5:30PM - 2AM on weekdays. Saturdays and Sundays include the following three shifts: 2AM-10:30AM, 10:30AM-5:30PM, 5:30PM - 2AM.

  • Qualifications

    • Be able to follow documentation and policies.
    • Strong customer service skills (patience, attention to detail, courteous).
    • Ability to work on small hardware issues, including phones, printers, keyboards.
    • Have understanding or experience in the Service Desk setting.
