Description **Job Description:**

This position will be part of the BISO Ops team, reporting to the manager of BISO technology. The incumbent will work with senior managers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) within Global Information Security (GIS) as well as other lines of business as needed. They will be required to translate business requirements and identify/document non-functional/functional requirements including database, system interactions and business intelligence. They will also create and update process documentation, including operational playbooks, software implementation requirements, software testing procedures, product training materials, management presentations and other items as assigned. Candidate will participate in in-person and telephone meetings, organizes results and product documentation. They will also help to create and manage project timelines, deliverables and status reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This team is looking for a well-rounded analyst that has some project management capabilities. The ideal person may have come from a software engineering background and leapt into project management or some kind of hybrid between the two. They are trying to do a software implementation (RSAM) and then the ongoing support for releases/upcoming implementations. The team will be doing some engineering and re-engineering for integrations with other platforms.

They currently have a team that consists of technical resources for the engineering piece and a project manager to drive implementation projects. However, they lack a resource on the team with an applications background and an understanding of the SDLC to provide workflow documentation and work-breakdown structure documentation to the project manager. They need someone who will be able to gather/interpret business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, provide SDLC documentation (use case documentation, test documents, functional requirements, and process flow documents) and defect management. The incumbent should also have some project management skills.

Top Required Skills:

1. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle with ability to create documentation for various stages of the SDLC (use case documents, test documentation, process documents, UAT documents, etc.)

2. Ability to execute project management functions as required.

3. Strong communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements/documentation

_Enterprise description_

_As an experienced professional, provide advice to client management with regard to moderately complex security issues. Assists in the review, development, testing and implementation of security plans, products and control techniques. Coordinates the reporting data security incidents. Provides technical support to the client and management and staff in risk assessments and implementation of appropriate data security procedures and products. Monitors existing and proposed security standard setting groups. State and Federal legislation and regulations. Identifies and escalates changes that will affect information security policy, standards and procedures. Executes security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing e-commerce programs. Researches attempted efforts to compromise security protocols. Administers security policies to control access to systems and maintains the company firewall. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems. Typically 5-7 years of IT experience._
