RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Service Personnel Dispatching: Dispatch service personnel to satisfy customer problems based on skills, nature of problems, location of problem, and location of personnel. Effectively match technician skill level with problem while maintaining cost effectiveness.
  • Mechanical Systems Knowledge: Maintain understanding of mechanical systems in order to make appropriate decisions in scheduling all types of work (P.M., repairs, replacement, etc.)
  • Sales Support: Recognize the relationship between good performance, customer satisfaction, and sales opportunities. Understand sales objectives. Promote upgrading existing business and the sales of new business by continuously reporting sales leads.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative support, including purchase orders and database management.


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 year associates degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Contracting preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Adobe Professional preferred
  • Proven ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
