Overview


This position supports the Global Talent & Organization Development team, responsible for supporting the full life-cycle of an employees career at Rotary International. It reports directly to Manager of Global Talent & Organization Development. You will have the opportunity to work with all levels of staff.  Your contribution will serve to create an extraordinary employee experience.  


 


You Will Have



  • Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred) in adult learning, human resource development, industrial/organizational psychology, instructional design or organization development (or to be completed within 6 months)

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in adult learning and curriculum design & development

  • Experience designing and developing learning experiences using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 suite, Camtasia or other authoring tools

  • Experience using the ADDIE Model

  • Experience with facilitation, presentations and delivery of content

  • Excellent customer service; a strong desire to be successful and to learn and continuously grow in the areas of talent and organization development; sensitivity to and interest in a variety of cultures

You Will Be Responsible For



  • Manages the new hire orientation program

  • Develops customized learning solutions that meet staff knowledge, skill and ability needs

  • Uses a variety of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to instructor guides, participant guides/handouts, job aids, eLearning and videos

  • Regularly assess if learning has occurred by implementing measurement and evaluation

  • Delivers training both web-based (virtually) and in the classroom

  • Develops and maintains the annual professional development training calendar and coordinates learning and development opportunities for all staff globally

  • Manages Rotarys train the trainer program

  • Analyzes and communicates statistics clearly, supporting findings around metrics

  • Manages the professional development certification program

  • Serves as a trusted career and professional development coach to staff

  • Supports DEI learning experiences to meet the organizations DEI strategy and goals

  • Partners with Global People & Culture Managers to identify, design, deliver and evaluate employee development opportunities that meet the organizations business needs

  • Collaborates with the Manager of Global Talent & OD on maintenance and system enhancements of the LMS

  • Manages Rotarys annual Kids Day event

  • Assists Manager of Talent & OD with learning activities for Employee Learning Week
