    Sodexo Corporate Services segment is currently seeking a General Manager to oversee all of the food service operation at NEW POTENTIAL SALE, located in PRINCETON, NJ.  Sodexo would be operating a full service cafe serving breakfast, lunch, catering, coffee bar, and office coffee. Forecasting a MV$ 1.2ML.




    Our General Manager will have full account responsibilities.  Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day food operations, financials, food production, planning and executing high quality meals, ensuring HACCP programs and safety requirements are met, menu/recipe compliance and implementation, catering, HR functions including staff training and scheduling and ordering and inventory.  Also, successful candidate will maintain a high level of client satisfaction, High profile food account, strong focus on culinary and hospitality!  Position will directly supervise up to 10 hourly associates


    **This position will enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule working 8AM - 5PM


    The ideal candidate will have culinary skills, management experience, solid knowledge of HAACP/food sanitation, excellent client relations and leadership skills, knowledge of financials and cost control.  Will also have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to marketing program.

    Position Summary

    Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
    Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
