TI is seeking to add a full-time Freight Services Associate to support our growing Freight Services Department. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of specific Freight clients. Duties include working with multiple levels within customer organizations to oversee transportation commitments such as scheduling shipments, tracking shipments, and communicating status updates to the team. The candidate may also be responsible for regularly generating analytical and financial reports, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients. In addition, the candidate will develop a keen understanding of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Prior transportation industry experience is a plus


• Experience with logistics software is a plus


• Degree in a logistics-related field is a plus


• Superior customer service skills


• Excellent computer skills are imperative


• Exceptional oral and written communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment


• High level of attention to detail, as well as exceptional organizational skills


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
