Your Role: This position coordinates various fleet management activities including but not limited to; fleet preventive maintenance, scheduling/reservations, site tours, vehicle leases, EZ Pass and fuel liaison.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Schedules preventive maintenance and ensures compliance with timely accident and vehicle damage reporting requirements, vehicle safety inspections, and emissions inspections, body work and all repairs
  • Maintains the upkeep of all vehicles such as fueling, washing, detailing, and upfits.
  • Coordinates the scheduling of all fleet pool reservations.
  • Receives and process; vehicle leases, EZ Pass, fuel and maintenance and repairs invoices.
  • Liaison to the EZ Pass and WEX fuel account for all NYCEDC vehicles.
  • Collects, reviews, and maintains fleet related reports such as monthly vehicle usage, quarterly mileage reports, and DOI fleet recommendations.
  • Administers the Fleet policy to all new drivers.
  • Coordinate Verizon Connect Installs, De-Installs, GPS Unit repairs.
  • Verizon Connect tracking, monitoring, and reporting of all fleet vehicles.
  • Drives for site tours as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Driving experience within the NYC metro area
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing and entering data using MS Excel
  • NYS driver's license
  • Dedicated to delivering quality work while providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a business environment.
  • Ability working in a team environment
  • NYC residency within 180 days of hire.
  • This position may require occasional overtime with advance notice.
