In this vital role you will be responsible for working with both their Manager - Field Sales Training, the Director of L&P and RSD to yield more consistent training outcomes, tailored market solutions, sustainability of key implementation focus areas and ultimately, drive revenue and customer engagement. The role will have a dotted line to the Regional Sales Director to align sales objectives to the training needs so that a training and coaching plan will improve behavioral, performance, and sales outcomes of the SSRs across all brands.
This position is a US-based field position reporting directly to the National Field Training Manager supporting the Integrated Specialty Sales team- Mid Atlantic Region.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree
Or
Master's degree and 2 years of sales or marketing or training experience
Or
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of sales or marketing or training experience
Or
Associate's Degree and 10 years of sales or marketing or training experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of sales or marketing or training experience

The role will have a dotted line to the Regional Sales Director to align sales objectives to the training needs so that a training and coaching plan will improve behavioral, performance, and sales outcomes of the SSRs across all brands.
This position is a US-based field position reporting directly to the National Field Training Manager supporting the Integrated Specialty Sales team- Mid Atlantic Region.
- Individual contributor role with specific regional training responsibilities and duties and will serve as the primary point of contact and oversee all field-based training activities within the region.
- As a remote member of the GCO L&P training team, their ability to work effectively remotely/virtually and establish key partnerships with internal trainers and internal cross-functional team members and leaders is a critical function of this role.
- Support New Hire onboarding and Phase II training classes during the calendar year, facilitate semester meeting content, engage with brand leads on field insights, lead district sales training curriculum, partner with district sales trainers, develop and participate on internal L&P workstreams.
- The role serves as a developmental opportunity that will require the establishment of virtual cross-matrix relationships with sales, marketing and training leaders in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of training, sales and/or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries.
- Product sales experience (inflammation, cardiovascular, migraine)
- 3+ years working closely with sales, marketing, compliance, healthcare company or related industry experience
- Experience defining training goals and objectives with key internal clients,
- Strong facilitation skills using multiple mediums
- Experience working with sales team, regulatory, legal, compliance, vendor management as client or functional unit lead
- Experience in engaging with multiple internal partners to deliver results for multiple priorities
- Strong clinical acumen to model and shape curriculum and staff
- Demonstrated self-starter, ability to work under limited supervision and coordinate multiple projects and teams in a detailed environment
- Strong eye for business using Veeva data systems
- Strong Communication skills (coaching and selling skills)
- Understanding of Access & Reimbursement environment
