You willproactively manage the customer experience assuring retention of customers and expand Arvig products and services with those customers in accordance with our sales and marketing plan. As the largest independently owned communications company in Minnesota, we offer our customers a leading edge network providing them with fast, reliable broadband and voice. This position requires that"hunter" mentality as we are looking to grow ourTwin Cities, St. Cloud and Rochester markets.

We prefer that you possess the following:
  • BS degree in sales, business or related; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of customer account management, sales, or related preferably in the telecommunications sector
  • Experience acting as primary contact with high profile customers assuring an excellent customer experience at all times
  • Experience with developing and executing a customer retention and expansion plan including contract negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and generate results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Extreme organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities, multi-location team members, and multiple departments to assure the customer is number one
  • Aptitude for technology particularly in how it relates to broadband and other communication delivery services
  • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required
