    Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Engineering Maintenance Coordinator/Scheduler at Holy Cross Hospital, located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 


    Under the direction of the Facilities Operations Manager and Director of Facilities, the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, assigning and scheduling all work orders. This role will coordinate the Work Order Control Center and serves as Database Administrator for the Work Order System (Maximo CMMS). This is also serves as the liaison for CMMS upgrades, projects, and report generation. This role will support  activities within a 300,000+ square foot facility. The position will assist the management team in the maintenance of all campus systems: mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, low voltage, construction, demolition, ILSM Process, architectural, landscape, and NFPA 101 Life Safety Regulatory requirements.


    The responsibilities also include analytical support for daily reporting and productivity management, compiling & updating weekly status charts,  skilled trades' contractor management, energy management, and financial reporting. The Facilities Coordinator oversees and coordinates all administrative matters relating to work scheduling and CMMS management within a non-union environment.


    Engineering, Computer Technology, or Technical Degree preferred.

    Position Summary

    Serves as working lead supervisor or coordinator to schedule the activities of skilled trades, custodial or grounds workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds. Gives work assignments to workers as needed for maintenance. Performs administrative functions and services. Leads in building maintenance projects.



    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
