NetMotion Software is looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to join our fast-growing business in the Southwest territory on our US Enterprise team. This is a critical member of the sales team responsible for multiple industry verticals. This is a regional home-based position that reports to the Director of Enterprise Sales. Due to the nature of the role 30% travel is expected.

The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for driving significant revenue growth from new and existing accounts through direct high-touch sales and working closely with channel partners. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and self-directed individual that can create and execute on the sales strategy for the region.

In order to come up to speed quickly in this position it is important that you have 5+ years of sales experience preferably with an enterprise software company in the networking, security or mobility categories. You must be passionate about selling technology solutions and be able to communicate the value proposition to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical understanding.

Your skills and responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of sales success within the enterprise software industry.
  • History of over quota performance and revenue growth.
  • Developing and executing sales strategy.
  • Direct high-touch sales experience to mid-market, enterprise or government accounts.
  • Motivated, self-starter that can drive new business.
  • Follow up and qualification of direct, channel and marketing generated leads.
  • Creating new leads directly and in conjunction with channel partners.
  • Providing accurate regular forecast, pipeline and sales activity update reports.
  • Executing a high level of daily activity.
  • Working with channel partners to create leads and close joint business.
  • Managing a large territory
  • Managing complex, lengthy sales cycles.
  • Ability to make decisions and own the outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
