Description: Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the Managers of Medical Education and the PACE Team in managing day-to-day operations, including program facilitation, evaluation, tracking, and communications.  Facilitate physician to physician training events at approved Terumo training sites, providing onsite support with direct customer interaction and management of courses as required.  Provide high level operational support to ensure successful customer events. Responsible for pre and post course survey development and collecting and analyzing survey feedback. Provide reporting, metrics and required compliance data to support events. Working cross-functionally with compliance to manage contracting process, renewal and tracking.  
 
Job Details:
  1. With minimal supervision, implement existing on-line systems to ensure a smooth attendee registration process that is easy for attendees to register. Maintains calendar of approved physician training events at approved Terumo training sites. Manage registration process and event communications, program logistics, and post program close-out for assigned events.
  2. Lead physician credentialing process for assigned courses, to ensure that physicians attending programs are properly credentialed to attend training at other institutions. Ensure that physicians are aware of credentialing requirements (i.e. state licensing requirements, liability insurance, etc.) and assist physicians in meeting these requirements.
  3. Offsite management of courses including managing faculty and physician attendees handing out of course materials; managing appropriate meeting room set-up; BEOÙs and A\/V requests; coordinate housing and logistics for attendees.
  4. Develop and edit course-specific collateral pieces for each course, while ensuring that content and layout is in keeping with TerumoÙs internal branding guidelines and content is approved through Advertisement and Promotional Process.
  5. Work with faculty to obtain course materials, manage through internal A&P process to ensure material is compliant with all internal and external regulatory and compliance guidelines
  6. Ensure approved and up-to-date materials are available at all programs and courses.
  7. Manage invoice process and payment of honorariums to healthcare professionals. Report payments in accordance with TerumoÙs healthcare professional expense reporting policy. 
  8. Event planning responsibility to include coordination and lead on field manifest review calls and provide field liaison responsibilities. Manage the travel coordination with travel agency to ensure HCP travel requests meet Terumo and AdvaMed guidelines. Works with Legal and Compliance teams as necessary to ensure appropriate execution of physician events in accordance with compliance guidelines, Sunshine Act and other governing legislation.
  9. Maintain training and physician credentialing records including attendees and credentialing documents.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with all TMC Quality Systems requirements. This includes but is not limited to the prompt recognition and forwarding of customer complaints (i.e. adverse events, product performance reports, etc.) to Quality Assurance (QA), and by ensuring all promotional messaging (i.e. branding strategies, product claims, etc.) and materials (i.e. literature) discussed or presented to customers are clinically accurate and adhere to AdvaMed guidelines and TerumoÙs policy on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals.  Fully adhere to all applicable FDA regulations, international guidelines and TerumoÙs policies at all times.
  11. Perform other job related duties as assigned.
