SCA, a leader in the outpatient surgery industry, strategically partners with health plans, medical groups and health systems across the country to develop and optimize surgical facilities. Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Our IT team is focused on providing our partnerships and management teams with timely, quality technologies and support that is focused on our Surgical Facilities and our Business Units.

We are seeking a Director of IT Operations who will be the Subject Matter Expert and Senior Leader within our IT organization for the following technology disciplines:
  • Oversee the daily Technology Operation effort provided by a combination of SCA, Managed Services and Subscription resources and solutions.
  • Lead key vendor relationships to ensure appropriate delivery of service, incident management, adherence to SLAs, and evolution to meet the needs of SCA IT.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity - Oversee the various disciplines and efforts of the programs to maintain SCA's Business Continuity and Resiliency efforts.
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise Architecture team to design SCA's strategic solutions for Infrastructure and Application Hosting and Delivery.
  • Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture and De Novo - Serve as a member of the review and approval committees for facility strategy while providing direct oversight for field integration efforts for new facilities.
  • Provide key oversight of changes being made to the environment as a member of the CAB.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operational Management (Network, Compute & Storage)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strategic knowledge of IT Infrastructures, including how to deploy and scale in an enterprise setting.
  • Strategic knowledge of other IT Towers, including:
  • Application and Development
  • Security and Compliance
  • Architecture and Change Management
  • PMO
  • Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse
  • Healthcare or experience in a regulated industry is strongly preferred
  • Proven leader within an enterprise environment

    • Must be able to present solution and technology to an active audience
  • Able to clearly explain technical issues in a way that nontechnical people can understand

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills
