Position Summary:

Revance is a rapidly growing biotech company in medical aesthetics and therapeutics and we are building our team to include a Digital Communications Manager / Digital Operations Manager to support the corporate affairs team and projects across our digital channels.

Our Digital Communications / Digital Operations Manager will be part of a dynamic corporate affairs team based in Irvine, CA and Nashville, TN leading digital content and operations to support our corporate brand and associated communications and engagement campaigns. Motivated by developing innovative ways to use digital platforms and digital content to drive awareness and consideration among investors, healthcare professionals and potential employees - this individual excels when they are the "quarterback" for multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Experience, this role will work across Revance to support digital corporate communications activities in coordination with Marketing, Investor Relations, Commercial, Medical Affairs and Human Resources to implement strategies to drive Revance's global reputation consistently and compliantly across multiple channels and platforms, including websites, CRM/ email marketing and social media.

This individual must possess strong project management skills and will be responsible for content creation in conjunction with our communications managers and in-house creative agency as well as marketing automation/CRM campaigns, website and social media channel optimizations and execution.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of content development, website updates, email marketing and social media governance
  • Manage the development and execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns, including marketing automation/CRM, and digital channels (websites, social channels, apps)
  • Develop and manage monthly and quarterly content plans to support corporate milestones, product launches and overall brand awareness campaigns
  • Develop innovative ways to use digital channels to engage with and acquire new customers and improve digital and campaign performance
  • Oversee and optimize SEM and SEO
  • Corporate Website Management
  • Email Marketing Campaign Management / Sales Force Marketing Cloud
    • Defining business requirements, setting up and executing campaigns in SalesForce and Marketing Cloud is required, including general knowledge of required infrastructure necessary to support CRM campaigns.
    • Oversee marketing automation/CRM campaigns; provide cross-functional team with strategic and execution direction
  • Social Media Channel Management
  • Oversee website and social channel performance and
    • Community management
    • Lead generation
  • Provide corporate affairs team with digital and campaign analytics that measure impact and proactively recommend opportunities for imporvements for campaign performance


Education:

  • BS/BA Degree, preferred emphasis in communication, business and/or marketing.


Experience:

  • Minimum 5- 7 years of digital marketing or digital operations or equivalent experience
  • Pharma/Biotech industry experience preferred
  • Relevant experience with SEO and SEM, and CRM software including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Demonstrated broad marketing mix strategy experience, with expertise in all digital channels and how to leverage them in a complimentary way.
  • Analytics and Decision Making: Creates structured frameworks to evaluate, assess, and enable business decisions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Strong project management skills and ability to complete projects autonomously and collaboratively
