(NYSE: KIM), North America's largest publicly traded owner and operator of open-air shopping centers, is currently seeking a Digital & Social Media Marketing Coordinator responsible for the coordination and execution of the digital, social and other paid digital media channels for Dania Pointe. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will coordinate the day-to-day execution of key strategic digital and social marketing campaigns, including drive-to-tenant, holiday, and special event programming, etc.



Responsibilities include:



Social Media Program
  • Execute the center's social media program, based on approved center and corporate strategies.
  • Provide day-to-day ownership and expertise on social content publishing including posting of all content, moderation, and promoted post targeting.
  • In partnership with the Marketing Manager and the third-party agency, manage content creation and develop growth strategies for increased reach, engagement, and impressions.
  • Monitor campaign performance across all social media (paid and non-paid) channel and report analytics and performance metrics across all channels.
  • Contribute to reporting observations and insights

Website and Digital Communications
  • Ongoing management of the Dania Pointe website to ensure its functionality and ensure content is updated on a regular basis with center and tenant information including events, tenant offers, new openings, coming soon, etc.
  • Partner with center tenants on a regular basis to gather information, images, offers, etc., and ensure all content is up to date.
  • Perform website updates as needed.
  • Work with the local and corporate office to develop the center's email program and cadence, including content strategy, development, and verification.
  • Manage content updates on digital directories and pylon digital screens.
  • Partner with corporate and local teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate marketing aspects of in-center Wi-Fi program, including messaging, reporting deliverables, etc.

Influencer Program
  • Execute and manage influencer program including vetting, researching, tenant collaboration (as needed), contract negotiations/execution with potential candidates.
  • Monitor influencer fulfillment and ensure deliverables are provided in a timely and effective matter.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing list of relevant local influencers across categories (dining, shopping, entertainment, family, etc.) and ensure there is diversity across campaigns.
  • Report observations and insights on influencer deliverables.

Other Marketing Duties

  • Perform ad-hoc research on new vendors and technologies
  • Work closely with center marketing and property management team to ensure all center events and promotions are being communicated appropriately across all social and digital channels.
  • Assist with on-site events
  • Participate in Manager on Duty responsibilities on assigned weekends throughout the year
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent education and experience, is required
  • Highly analytical, detailed and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational, project management, and task execution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Adapts to change in workload and handles large volume of projects during peak periods
  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • An eagerness to learn and explore in a constantly evolving field
