Job Description:
Repair and assemble jobs for forge shop.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Assemble jobs
2. Operate lathes, mills, saws, and drill presses.
3. Repair equipment
4. Change heat codes and grind dies in hammer shop
5. Put away inserts
6. Operate welder
Marginal Job Functions:
1. Clean as needed
2. Perform any other job as required by your Supervisor
Types of Machines, Tools, and Equipment Used:
Lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, welder, hand grinder, and hammers.

Standing, Walking, Sitting, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling, Balancing, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Handling, and Talking. Far and Near acuity, Field of Vision, and Visual Accommodation.
Physical Demands:
Physical demands commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.
Able to lift up to five pounds, carry about four feet.
Able to lift 25 pounds up to 60 pounds 40% - 70% of time. Carry approximately two feet and lift approximately four feet in height.
Abel to lift over sixty pounds up to 15% of the time. Carry approximately two feet and lift approximately four feet in height.
